By purchasing or accessing Systems Queen Live ("the Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What you get
A live workshop on the published dates, 30-day replay access, 7-day support chat, and any software builds or resources described at checkout.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Services for your own use. You may not re-sell, redistribute, share login credentials, or publicly post workshop recordings or materials.
3. Refunds
Because the Services include immediate access to live, on-demand, and downloadable digital content, all sales are final unless required otherwise by law. If something went wrong, email hello@dvivirtual.com within 7 days and we will work with you in good faith.
4. Results
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, experience, and implementation. Any examples shown are illustrative, not promises.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the support chat, harass other attendees, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, recordings, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
